Dear editor, I agreed with Rozmal's opinion regarding perception
of Jasin MP on sawlog timber case which refer to Malaca Customs
[Preventive Division] dated on 14th April,2006.
However the main point is that the person those said as accuse
in this case was in Malaca Customs intelligence. And also was
proven that he was involved in 'illegal' activities not only for
the first time but for more than fourteen times.
Under circumstances of Customs discreation if accuse person
involve in for First Offence, may be State Customs Director of
Malaca on behalf of Director General of Customs will be
considered not for "tutup sebelah mata" [~its remind me to
Monsye Dayan],but to offer a minimum compound according to the
Customs Act 1967 with warning.
In fact, accuse person was done the same offences so many times
and can be considered as 'criminal'.I think that Jasin MP
suppose to know deeply about his 'client'.
